PAT OVEREND
I have many years experience practicing and teaching Yoga, both in Adult Education and private practice. My training was with the British Wheel of Yoga and I continue to be a Teacher member of the organization. Our knowledge is "topped up" by courses and an annual compulsory in service training day.
I am also a Healer Member of the NFSH and have been practicing healing for a number of years, both privately and as part of a team of healers at Ilkley Complimentary Medicine Festival.
Relaxation / Meditation is something I also teach either as a group or individually. I have facilitated private groups and also with cancer patients in the Bradford area for a cancer support charity
